To help ensure Dura Cleaning is always punctual and can provide excellent service quality to all our valued customers we have established the following service policies:

  • We provide all cleaning products and equipment including mops and vacuum.
  • If free parking is not available, the parking lot or metre cost will be added to the invoice.
  • Minimum appointment time is 3 hours (some exceptions apply for regular maintenance schedules).
  • Appointment start time begins when entering the home and ends upon our exit.
  • We accept cash and check as methods of payment.

If the customer requires extra services not stipulated at the time the appointment is scheduled they will not be included in the initially quoted price, nor can Dura Cleaning guarantee the completion of the additional services on that same service day. Doing so will ensure we are allowing enough time to complete all necessary tasks to your satisfaction and provide a quote for the additional services.  

If a customer requires a cancellation or rescheduling of their service appointment Dura Cleaning kindly asks that you provide 24 hour notice.  If less notice is provided a cancellation fee of 50% of the service value will be charged to the customer’s account. If Dura Cleaning is able to fill the time slot which was cancelled all cancellation fees will be waved.
