1. What geographic areas does Dura Cleaning Service?
We are currently serving all of Vancouver and Lower Mainland.

2. How do you protect my keys?
Your key is only identified by a code without any personal information. Your key is secured in a locked key storage to which only our managers have access. The key is issued to the team leader on the day of your cleaning. In the unlikely event your key is lost we will coordinate with you to have the locks on your home changed at our expense.

3. Must I be home when you clean?
Not at all. In fact, many clients prefer to give us a key so we can clean when they are away.
We do however recommend that you meet the team on the first visit so you can provide any specific instructions you may have.

4. Will the same team come to clean my home each visit?
Our cleaners work in teams of two one of which will always be familiar with your home.  Rest assured that we keep a detailed record of your cleaning regime and it will always be available to the cleaners to ensure consistency.  Also bare in mind that all team members are trained to follow the same cleaning procedures and standards and therefore achieve the same high quality results.  We guarantee it!

5. Do you bring the equipment and cleaning products?
We will bring all necessary equipment and cleaning products unless you request otherwise.

6. Do you GUARANTEE the quality of service?
Without a doubt! If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the cleaning let us  know within 24 hours and we will return to take care of your concern.
